We currently ship to:

- International destinations upon request (please contact us for a quote).

2. Processing Time
- In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., solar kits or panels) may take 5–10 business days to process.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping providers including:
- DTDC
- UPS
- DHL
- Local freight carriers (for large solar panels or batteries)
Shipping method is automatically chosen based on the product size, weight, and destination. If you have a preferred carrier, please leave a note at checkout or contact us.
4. Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Free shipping may be available on select products or for orders above a certain value.
- International shipping rates vary; duties and taxes may apply at destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Domestic expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
- International shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)
Note: These are estimated timelines. Unforeseen events such as weather, customs delays, or supply chain issues may affect delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status anytime via tracking link provided to you or by contacting our customer service.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item or if your shipment is lost:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
8. Freight Shipping for Large Items
Some solar panels, batteries, or mounting equipment are shipped via freight due to their size and weight:
- Freight deliveries require a scheduled appointment.
- You (or someone at the location) must be present to inspect and sign for delivery.
- Additional charges may apply for remote locations or special delivery requirements.
