Return Policy

At Solouxe Trading India Pvt Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our solar products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Used, installed, or damaged products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or arrived damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-built solar kits
  • Special order items
  • Opened batteries or electrical components
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Contact us at support@solouxe.com or +91 98053 93236.

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@solouxe.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization.
  3. Pack the item securely, including all original accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive a notification about your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Need a different product? We’re happy to help with an exchange!

  • Contact us to check availability.
  • Exchanges follow the same steps as returns.
  • Price differences may apply.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies. Custom orders and special items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
